Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai-based team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth, primarily targeting GCC and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Generate and qualify leads via online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn
- Experience working with GCC or international clients is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Background in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE business culture and markets
