Job Responsibilities:

Identify and target new outbound business opportunities through field visits, events, cold calls, and referrals.

Attend networking events, conferences, and business gatherings to represent Proven professionally and confidently.

Setup and conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose the right Proven solutions (EOR, outsourcing, recruitment services).

Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in CRM with accurate updates and follow-ups.
-
Work closely with the internal BD team to coordinate proposals and follow the full sales cycle through closing.

Understand Saudi market dynamics and stay updated on trends in outsourcing, HR, and recruitment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly activity targets.
-
Complete and maintain the vendor registration process for new clients.

Prepare the responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI’s.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
-
1–2 years of experience in business development or field sales (HR services experience is a plus, not mandatory)
Technical Skills:
-
Good command of MS Office and CRM systems
