Logistix is a fast-growing cross-border logistics startup offering end-to-end Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services and Tradeflow Credit solutions to businesses across Pakistan.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive (Lahore) to represent Logistix in the Lahore market. You will be the face of our company for Lahore-based customers, helping onboard new clients, build relationships, and grow our cross-border logistics business.

This is a customer-facing, field-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients including e-commerce sellers, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings across Lahore.
  • Present Logistix services clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active customers.
  • Provide simple cost breakdowns, shipment updates, and basic service guidance.
  • Coordinate with Karachi HQ for onboarding, documentation, and customer support.
  • Maintain CRM records, customer data, and weekly reporting.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisitions and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in conducting client meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to travel within Lahore for client visits.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic understanding of logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and represent a startup professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
