Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Team Player with a strong background in software development services and hands-on experience in the Upwork bidding process. The ideal candidate should have a technical understanding of software development, a proven track record of winning projects, and the ability to communicate our solutions effectively to global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the bidding process on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored software solutions.
• Write well-structured, convincing proposals and follow up with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate capabilities into client-friendly language.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in business development within the software development industry.
• Proven success in winning and managing projects via Upwork.
• Solid understanding of web/app development, cloud services, and other digital solutions.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive mindset, team player, and goal-oriented.
• Based in Islamabad or willing to relocate (preferred).
