About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This position is ideal for passionate, motivated, and experienced sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are eager to grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing key hospitality accounts across hotels, F&B groups, and distributors.
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in assigned territories.
• Presenting Smucci’s product collections and sustainability solutions to clients.
• Coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and client deliveries.
• Representing Smucci at hospitality events and exhibitions.
• ⁠Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• ⁠Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to pitch independently and manage client relationships confidently.
• Passion for sustainability and premium product presentation.

Training & Support

All new team members will undergo product and system training, gaining full knowledge of Smucci’s collections and client approach.
