We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
• Identify and target potential international clients
• Manage bidding and proposal submissions on Upwork
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects and close deals

Job Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales
• Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
• Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently during night shift
• Strong understanding of international markets (US/UK preferred)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
