Key Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Prospecting:
o Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, events) to
create high-quality sales opportunities.
o Identify and pursue new business across targeted industries (logistics,
construction, municipalities, utilities, oil & gas, leasing, and large fleets).
o Build and maintain an active territory or account-based prospect list.
● Qualification & Discovery
o Conduct structured discovery using SPIN and BANT methodologies.
o Understand customer operational challenges, compliance requirements, KPIs,
and budget cycles.
o Align solutions to measurable outcomes (utilization, safety, fuel, maintenance,
route efficiency, ESG reporting, and workforce productivity).
● Solution Selling & Commercial Development
o Present FAMS capabilities clearly with strong ROI narratives.
o Develop proposals, quotations, and basic business cases with support from internal teams.
o Lead solution demos and coordinate PoCs where needed.
● Closing & Pipeline Management
o Drive opportunities through the funnel to close within agreed timelines.
o Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms within set approval
frameworks.
o Maintain high-quality CRM discipline and accurate forecasts.
● Collaboration & Market Feedback
o Work with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and vertical content.
o Provide ongoing market intelligence on competitor moves and customer
trends.
o Share customer feedback to inform product and roadmap priorities.
● Performance & Reporting
o Track daily activity and conversion performance by channel.
o Report weekly pipeline status, next steps, risks, and close plans.

Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields (preferred).
● 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
● Experience in SaaS, IoT, fleet, logistics, mobility, or enterprise technology is a
strong advantage.
● Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
