We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will focus on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations in the UK. Their core responsibility will be to acquire manpower supply contracts—covering Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
The executive must be confident in reaching UK prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes & care facilities across the UK.
- Pitch manpower recruitment & staffing services (Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare professionals).
- Generate meetings, proposals, and contract opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline management and CRM activity tracking.
- Negotiate service agreements & pricing with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Preferably experience in staffing, recruitment, healthcare, or outsourcing.
- Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English).
- Confident in calling UK clients & understanding UK market culture.
- Strong negotiation & closing capability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing.
- LinkedIn outreach & networking experience.
- Understanding of UK healthcare system (NHS/Private).
- Experience in international B2B calling.
