Job SummaryThe Finance Manager will lead the overall financial operations of the hospital, ensuring stability, sustainability, and full compliance with all regulations. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and manages a team of finance professionals to support the hospital&rsquo;s financial health.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Develop and manage annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.</li><li>Work with department heads to align budgets with hospital goals.</li><li>Perform variance analysis and highlight improvement areas.</li></ul>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Prepare and present financial statements (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flows).</li><li>Analyze financial performance to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Give actionable recommendations to leadership.</li></ul>3. Revenue Cycle Management<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions: registration, billing, collections, denials.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursements.</li><li>Improve processes to maximize revenue and reduce bad debt.</li></ul>4. Cost Management<ul><li>Monitor and control hospital costs.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and drive cost-saving strategies.</li><li>Track and report outcomes of cost reduction initiatives.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure adherence to all financial standards and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).</li><li>Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans.</li><li>Work closely with audit and compliance teams.</li></ul>6.
