Job Summary:The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This role ensures smooth reception operations, provides exceptional customer service, and supports administrative tasks to maintain a professional and welcoming environment within the hospital.Key Responsibilities:1. Reception &amp; Customer Service<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.</li><li>Guide patients regarding appointment schedules, departments, and hospital services.</li><li>Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.</li><li>Ensure patient concerns are addressed promptly or forwarded to the relevant department.</li></ul>2.
