Role Summary:

The Showroom Executive – Projects & Site Sales is responsible for generating business leads from construction sites and converting them into confirmed orders by promoting Zircon’s end-to-end bathroom and surface solutions, including tiles, sanitaryware, fittings, and complete bathroom concepts.
The role combines field lead generation, solution pitching, coordination with showroom teams, and post-sales follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and repeat references.

Location: Zircon Concepts, Musaffah, Abudhabi

Roles and Responsibilty:

  • Visit the construction sites to generate leads from contractors, architects, consultants, and builders
  • Promote Zircon Concept Showroom as a one-stop solution for tiles, sanitaryware, fittings, and complete bathroom solutions.
  • Understand project requirements and coordinate with showroom team to prepare quotations
  • Convert leads into orders and collect advance payments
  • Ensure smooth coordination with the showroom and logistics teams for timely material delivery
  • Follow up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships and collect references for repeat business
  • Maintain lead tracking and regular follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Experience in building materials / tiles / sanitaryware sales preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites
  • Self-motivated with good follow-up ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
