JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. New Client Acquisition (Hunting Focus):

  • Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and field visits.
  • Close deals on the spot with strong negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition.

2. Consultative Selling & Client Engagement:

  • Prepare and present customized service proposals based on client needs.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Analyze competitor pricing and service offerings to position our consultancy effectively.

4. Relationship Building & Follow-ups:

  • Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up persistently with leads to ensure conversion.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Maintain CRM records of sales activities, leads, and closures.
  • Work closely with accounting & tax teams for smooth client onboarding.

Must-Have:

✅ 1-3 years of B2B sales/business development experience (hunting role) – preferably in telecom, B2B, or financial services (UAE experience is a plus).

✅ Proven track record in cold calling, field sales, and closing deals.

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills (English, Hindi mandatory; Arabic is a plus).

✅ Self-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented (ability to work independently).

✅ Willingness to travel daily for client meetings

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (Base) + Commission + Travel Allowances

Job Type: Full-time
