Business Development Executive

LINKITSOFT is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach. We're looking for individuals with a background in cold calling and email marketing who are passionate about driving sales and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and run targeted email campaigns to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients for software solutions.
• Leverage strong cold calling and email outreach skills to generate leads and build ongoing relationships with potential customers.
• Identify client needs and clearly present the benefits and value of the company’s software products.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven experience working on B2B campaigns.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO sector, particularly in telemarketing and email marketing for software sales.
• Practical experience in lead scraping and cold outreach strategies.
• Solid expertise in cold calling techniques and effective email marketing practices.
• Strong negotiation abilities with a confident and persuasive communication approach.
