The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a critical "hunter" role responsible for global new client acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. This position demands a strategic approach to expanding our market reach and achieving aggressive revenue targets across international territories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation

Market Penetration:
Identify, research, and prospect high-value potential clients and strategic accounts in diverse geographic regions worldwide.

Outreach Strategy:
Design and execute multi-channel global outreach campaigns (e.g., cold calls across time zones, focused digital networking, international events) to secure first meetings with key decision-makers.

Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed stringent monthly and quarterly KPIs for leads generated, meetings secured, and new client contracts signed on a global scale.
2. Solution Presentation & Negotiation

Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough discovery sessions remotely and in-person (as required) with international prospects to understand complex business challenges and strategic objectives.

Value Proposition:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the unique value and return on investment (ROI) of our services/solutions in a culturally and geographically appropriate context.

Contract Negotiation:
Lead sophisticated commercial and contractual negotiations with international clients, adhering to global compliance and legal standards until closure.
3. Pipeline Management & Reporting

CRM Excellence:
Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a robust and active sales pipeline across multiple territories using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).

Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence to Executive Leadership, contributing to overall global sales strategy.
Required Qualifications

BBA, MBA, BSIT, Graduate of Economics, International Relationships or any relevant discipline
