Business Development Executive

We Are Hiring – Business Development Executive

Catchworld International is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Business Development team. We are seeking candidates who can confidently communicate with clients, generate leads, and create business opportunities through cold calling.

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 30,000 – 200,000 PKR
Experience: BPO or call center experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Engage prospects and create interest in our services
• Qualify leads and transfer interested clients to the sales team
• Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
