Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a software house or IT services environment will be an advantage.
