Location: Bahria Town, Phase 7. Rawalpindi

Night Shift, On-Site (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

Packge: Basic Salary + Commissions

This is a full-time role located on-site in Rawalpinidi, Pakistan. The person will be responsible for generating appointments through outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication to schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team, and to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
  • Handle client objections and inquiries with confidence.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
