BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Experience in the Bahrain/GCC market is an advantage
• Immediate joiner preferred
