Business Development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Auditing & Financial Services

Role Overview:
We are hiring a driven Business Development Executive to generate new business in the UAE market. This is a pure sales role focused on client acquisition for auditing and financial services. If you’re not comfortable with targets, cold outreach, and closing deals, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients
• Promote auditing and financial services to decision-makers
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Close deals and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up discipline

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 6 months Middle East sales experience
• Prior experience in an auditing firm or banking sector
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with proven closing ability

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 + performance-based commission
