Job Title: Business Development Executive – Tax & Advisory Services

Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month

Job Summary:
Flying Colour Tax Consultant LLC is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our Tax & Advisory Services. The role focuses on lead conversion, client meetings, CRM management, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for tax, accounting, audit, and compliance services
• Conduct outbound calls, schedule meetings, and present services
• Achieve monthly revenue and calling targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Build and manage long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
• Experience in tax/accounting firms is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
