We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our tourism business, develop new client relationships, and increase revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tourism and travel market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, hotels, and vendors
- Promote tour packages, travel services, and customized travel solutions
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
- Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain client data and sales reports regularly
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (tourism preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and/or international tourism products
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
