Business Development Executive

LINKITSOFT is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and the ability to engage prospects confidently with a goal-driven mindset. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in cold calling and email marketing who are motivated to drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and execute targeted email outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and convert potential clients for software solutions.
• Utilize proven cold calling and email marketing techniques to generate qualified leads and establish long-term relationships with prospects.
• Identify client requirements and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s software offerings.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to work efficiently within a team-focused environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in the BPO sector, specifically in telemarketing and email marketing for software sales.
• Proven experience managing B2B campaigns.
• Practical experience with lead scraping and cold outreach techniques.
• Strong command of cold calling strategies and result-driven email marketing practices.
• Effective negotiation skills with a confident and persuasive communication approach.
