Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell professional Health & Safety training programs, including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and other compliance-related certifications. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Health & Safety training programs
- Promote and sell courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and other HSE certifications
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training partners, and individuals
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate training solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development efforts
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth enrollment and course delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development (training, education, services, or B2B preferred)
- Prior exposure to Health & Safety training or certifications will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
