Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell professional Health & Safety training programs, including NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and other compliance-related certifications. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for Health & Safety training programs
  • Promote and sell courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and other HSE certifications
  • Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, training partners, and individuals
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth enrollment and course delivery
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development (training, education, services, or B2B preferred)
  • Prior exposure to Health & Safety training or certifications will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
