Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our catering and hospitality services company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across corporate catering, events, and hospitality service contracts.
This is a full-time role suited for candidates with strong market knowledge of the UAE hospitality industry and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate catering, events, hotels, and institutional clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and vendors
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends in the UAE
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and events
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while ensuring company profitability
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within catering, hospitality, or event services in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE hospitality market and client expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
