Position Name: Business Development Executive
Reporting To: Director – Marketing
Location: Pune
Candidate Location: Pune Only
Education
- BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical (Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing / Sales (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of Business Development experience
- Experience working in the VFD drives ecosystem
- Hands-on exposure working with:
- System Integrators
- Panel Builders
- Automation Projects
- End customers such as:
- Crane & Hoist Manufacturers
- Lift & Elevator Manufacturers
- CNC Machine Manufacturers
Desired Background & Skills
- Strong network and deep contacts with strategic stakeholders in key accounts
- All-India exposure preferred
- Experience managing clients from industries such as:
- Energy Meters
- Lifts & Elevators
- Cranes & Hoists
- UPS / Inverters
- Battery Chargers
- Switchgear
- Lighting Industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Current compensation structure should include fixed + performance-linked incentives based on target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new corporate clients
- Own and achieve assigned sales & BD targets
- Lead and support BD teams towards achieving business objectives
- Participate in exhibitions, franchises, events, and conferences
- Drive relationship management through structured key account management
