Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within automobile OEMs and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in automotive manufacturing companies.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable robotics and automation solutions.
  • Conduct market research on automotive automation trends and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Represent I Hub Robotics at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the automobile industry or industrial automation sales is strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of robotics, automation, or manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
