Business Development Executive

Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun

About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic relationship management.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, networking, and digital marketing follow-ups
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and manage full sales cycles
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on proposals and customized client solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Manage CRM, attend industry events, and report on performance metrics
  • Guide internal teams and explore new business verticals

What We Need

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in business development or sales with proven results
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Tech: Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, Zoom, Google Meet
  • Bonus: Experience in IT/eLearning/digital marketing/marketplace management; international business development knowledge; multilingual

What We Offer

Salary: ₹30,000–35,000/month + commission + performance bonus
