We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our Medical Billing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to generate leads and schedule meetings. These meetings will facilitate the development of strategic business synergies that will assist in building strong business relationships and driving growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Scheduling meetings with potential healthcare professionals, including doctors, physicians, and nurse practitioners using solid arguments to sell healthcare services via cold calling
❖ Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM
❖ Educate clients on the medical billing services and try to uncover their pain points.
❖ Identifying the healthcare providers needs and recommending company services that best fulfill those needs.
❖ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
❖ Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
REQUIREMENTS:-
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in cold calling, sales, or telemarketing (preferably in the healthcare/medical billing sector).
EDUCATION:-High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). ha
SKILLS:-• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
