About The Role
The Sales Executive drives revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management, innovative business development, and process optimization. Leveraging AI and automation, they focus on high-value deal-making, close new opportunities, and refine sales strategies with data-driven insights. This role requires a results-focused, process-oriented professional who builds scalable sales engines and delivers measurable impact.
What You Will Do

Creator Outreach & Onboarding: Support identification, outreach, and onboarding of creators aligned with brand positioning; manage agreements, collect required information, and maintain organized partnership records.

Content Coordination: Track creator deliverables and timelines, manage content review workflows, and facilitate feedback between creators and the creative team.

Partnership Operations: Assist in day-to-day communication, track campaign progress, and ensure all partnership activities are documented and organized.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, operations, and order management teams to ensure accurate product shipments and campaign execution; support finance on payment tracking.

Research & Pipeline Development: Identify potential creators and partnership opportunities, providing insights to expand the creator network.

Organizational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously with precision.

Creator Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with influencer partnerships, UGC programs, and social media ecosystems.

Project Management Proficiency: Experience using tools like Monday.com or equivalent to coordinate tasks, timelines, and approvals efficiently.
