Business Development Executive

What you will do?

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in KSA market.
  • Generate leads and convert them into projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with estimation and technical teams during bidding stage.
  • Attend industry events and networking meetings.
  • Monitor project pipeline and maintain CRM database.

What you will need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years or more than of experience in business development (Construction/GCC preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of KSA construction market.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
