What you will do?
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in KSA market.
- Generate leads and convert them into projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams during bidding stage.
- Attend industry events and networking meetings.
- Monitor project pipeline and maintain CRM database.
What you will need?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years or more than of experience in business development (Construction/GCC preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of KSA construction market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valid driving license preferred.
