Claim Care (Powered by UControl Billing) is looking for a result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Islamabad!

Key Responsibilities:

Market Growth: Identify and onboard new healthcare clients in the U.S. market.

Sales Strategy: Present and promote company services to key decision makers.

Closures: Negotiate and close contracts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Retention: Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Data Management: Track leads, conversions, and performance using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven sales or business development experience in the medical billing industry.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Mindset: Target-driven and confident in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
