Lead Generation Executive-Female

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive with experience in ERP solutions to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients. This role plays a key part in driving business growth by engaging prospects, understanding their business needs, and supporting the sales pipeline for ERP-related products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and social channels.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and ERP-related needs.
  • Provide accurate information about ERP products, solutions, and services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with sales, ERP consultants, and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Track lead generation activities and prepare basic reports.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP platforms, and basic computer applications.
