Business Development Executive

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Executive with experience in freelance marketplaces (like Freelancer.com, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and projects on freelance platforms.
• Generate leads and send professional proposals to clients.
• Assist senior BDEs in managing client communications and negotiations.
• Maintain and update CRM or internal tracking systems with client/project details.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience on freelance platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, Fiverr) preferred.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in business development, sales, or client-facing freelance work.
