Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new interior design and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the interior fit-out or remodelling industry and understand how to approach clients looking to renovate or upgrade their spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for interior design and remodelling projects
• Identify villa and apartment owners planning renovations
• Meet potential clients and present company profile
• Coordinate with design team for proposals
• Follow up and convert leads into confirmed projects
• Build strong relationships with real estate agents and property managers

Requirements:

• 2+ years UAE experience in business development
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, or remodelling industry
• Understanding of renovation projects and client requirements
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Driving license preferred
• Target-oriented mindset
