Business Development Executive

HAZS.pk is looking for a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international leads and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Client outreach via Upwork, email, and Instagram
  • Cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and respond professionally
  • Maintain communication until deal closure

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Upwork bidding or business development
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to handle client replies and negotiations
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Night shift availability

Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (Based on experience)
