Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive – Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new growth areas.

Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, events, and outreach.

Maintain and update a database of potential clients and partners.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Contact and meet potential clients to present company services and offerings.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed business.

Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Partnership Development

Identify and establish partnerships with malls, schools, nurseries, event companies, hotels, and corporate clients.

Develop strategic alliances to expand business reach.

Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry events.

5. Proposal Preparation & Documentation

Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and service details.

Maintain proper documentation of all business development activities.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams.

Communicate client requirements clearly to execution teams.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for growth improvement.

8. Brand Representation

Represent the company professionally in meetings and events.

Promote company services confidently and effectively.

Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services.

Also:

Develop partnerships with schools, nurseries, and family venues.

Approach malls and event organizers for activity setup opportunities.

Identify birthday party, event, and entertainment opportunities.

Coordinate with influencers and marketing partners when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • UAE: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • arabic (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
