Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Person to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
• Present and promote products/services to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong follow-ups and customer relationship management.
• Conduct market visits, sales calls, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 6 month to 1 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Own conveyance for sales visits.

Compensation: PKR 65,000 to 70,000 per month (fixed salary), with an additional separate commission structure based on performance.
