Business development executive

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through calls, meetings, social media, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (Fresh candidates with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Self motivated and goal oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sales and marketing / real estate (adjust according to the business)
  • Strong networking ability
  • Confidence in client meetings
