High-Ticket Business Sales Closer – Dubai

About the Role

We are hiring a High-Ticket Business Sales Closer to finalize business sale transactions in Dubai.

Your primary responsibility is negotiating and closing high-value business transfer agreements.

This is not a training role and not suitable for entry-level sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-level negotiations with serious buyers
  • Structure and close business sale agreements
  • Overcome financial and operational objections
  • Drive transactions to signed contracts and payment completion
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting

Strict Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of closing business sales in Dubai
  • Demonstrated history of completed high-value business transactions
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai SME market
  • Professional negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication

Base Salary: AED 5,000

Commission: 3–7% performance-based (uncapped)

High performers in this role can exceed AED 60,000 – 120,000+ monthly, based on capital mobilization and deal performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
