Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a software house or company, with hands-on experience in sales, acquiring new clients, preparing quotes, client communication, and related activities.
Type: Full-time

Gender Preference: Male (as specified)

Key Responsibilities:

l Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.

l Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and tenders.

l Handle client communications effectively in English and Urdu, ensuring clear and professional interactions.

l Conduct discovery calls, follow-up meetings, and close deals to meet sales targets.

l Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines.

l Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

l Stay updated on industry trends in software services to better pitch solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

l Proven track record in sales within the software/IT sector.

l Basic knowledge of RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes.

l Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).

l Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

l Ability to handle cold calls, negotiations, and client meetings independently.

l Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

l Must have: Ability to add value to client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
