JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development Executive ensures the long-term sustainability and expansion of the business by leading the strategic growth horizon. The role exists to identify, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships that convert market potential and service capabilities into a reliable, optimized revenue stream. The Business Development Executive acts as the critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Client Success teams, ensuring all growth initiatives balance market demand, profitability, and operational capacity. This role is accountable for identifying market trends, navigating through business analysis, and delivering on Sales KPIs.
