House of Art is a creative hub based in Riyadh that brings together artists, creators, and brands under one roof. Our ecosystem includes music production, recording studios, podcasts, video production, photography, content creation, and creative events.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who understands the creative industry, knows how to connect with brands and agencies, and can turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This role is commission-based and results-driven, ideal for someone who is already active in the market and has strong connections within brands, agencies, artists, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for House of Art’s creative services.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, artists, and event organizers.
• Promote and sell services including studio bookings, music production, podcasts, content production, photography, video, and creative events.
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop customized proposals for clients.
• Manage client relationships from first contact to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Track leads, opportunities, and partnerships in the sales pipeline.
• Represent House of Art at industry events, networking gatherings, and creative communities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within creative, media, events, or production industries.
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh creative and events market.
• Existing network within brands, agencies, artists, influencers, or event companies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Passion for art, music, media, and creative culture.
