Business development Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive with excellent English communication skills and proven experience in closing clients, particularly in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with international clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful business deals.

This role requires someone who is results-driven, persuasive, and experienced in handling U.S.-based clients and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Communicate with potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Present company services professionally and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and closed deals.

Requirements

  • Fluent and professional English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in client closing and sales conversion.
  • Experience working with or selling to the U.S. market.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or international client handling is preferred.
