Business Development Executive

Job Overview
Design Henge is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in online bidding, client communication, and converting leads into successful projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar marketplaces for services including Web Design, Website Development, Graphic Design, and related services.
  • Write customized and compelling proposals tailored to each client’s project requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
  • Estimate project scope and pricing, present solutions, and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Gather client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent ratings and feedback across all platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online bidding and project acquisition, particularly on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
