Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Freshers or experienced
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
