Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Admin to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available, ready to join immediately, and highly knowledgeable in business development strategies, client acquisition, and market research, while also handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for management and clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and report on progress toward business targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, client acquisition, and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
