Business Development Executive

Bitzsol Digital is on the lookout for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team at our Rawalpindi office.

Location: E8 Markaz Plaza, Near 6th Road, Rawalpindi (Onsite)

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

What You’ll Do:

• Generate and qualify leads using platforms like Apollo and Clutch
• Identify and bid on projects via Upwork & PeoplePerHour
• Craft compelling proposals and engage with potential clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in lead generation and online bidding
• Strong communication and proposal writing skills
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and client handling
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
