Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach potential customers through cold calling, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Present products/services, conduct demos, and follow up to close deals.
• Convert leads into clients and contribute to sales growth.
• Provide excellent after-sales support by addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professionalism.
• Promote a positive company image through effective communication and customer handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay: Rs65,000.00 per month
