Business Development Executive

About the Role
Terra Labor is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage the sales process from qualified lead to signed contract. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in B2B service sales and values long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle from presentation through contract execution
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract terms
  • Execute closing strategies and finalize agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
  • Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools
  • Travel regularly (50–70%) to meet clients

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B service sales experience
  • Proven ability to close deals and build relationships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a client-facing role
