Job Summary

Tajweez Properties Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
  • Present property options to clients and provide consultation based on their needs
  • Arrange and conduct property visits and meetings with potential clients
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Prepare reports on business development performance and market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends
