Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Skills:

  • Lead generation and client acquisition expertise
  • Presentation and proposal writing skills
  • CRM software knowledge is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
